What Your Account Shows
Creating an FPT account costs nothing and buys nothing. Before public checkout opens there is no purchase to make: no charge is taken, no account size is held for you and no evaluation exists. See Founder Purchase and Launch Terms.
Works now: signing in, your account details and email address, and every published rule, limit and price on this Help Center. The whole offer is readable before there is anything to buy, which is the point of publishing it this early.
Reads "Coming soon": order entry and any trading interface, balances, positions and progress metrics, payout requests and history, and any analytics that depends on trading activity. A "Coming soon" label is the product working as designed, not an error. If a feature is neither labelled nor working, that is a bug worth reporting.
Checkout opens when FPT's launch gates are satisfied, and the founding price then applies to the first 100 eligible completed purchases after it does — see Launch Timing.
Troubleshooting
You cannot find a purchase, a price lock or an evaluation. There is none to find. Nothing can be bought before public checkout opens, so an empty account before then is correct rather than broken.
The page loads blank or half-rendered. Hard-refresh, then reload. Try a private window, which loads without extensions, then a second browser and a second network. If it still fails in a clean private window on a second browser, it is a bug.
You are signed in and nothing looks familiar. The usual cause is being signed in with a different email address than the one you registered.
