If You Cannot Sign In
- Confirm the exact email address from your purchase confirmation. Aliases and plus-addresses are separate accounts.
- Reset your password rather than guessing, then check spam. Only the newest reset link works.
- Try a private window, disable interfering extensions, then another device.
An account marked under review or restricted is in a compliance state, not a technical fault. See Breaches and Rule Reviews.
The Account Is Yours Alone
You are responsible for everything done under your account, authorised or not, unless the cause was an FPT failure — which is why the credentials stay with you. Never share them. See Prohibited Trading Conduct.
Changing Your Password or Email
A password change takes effect immediately; sign out of every device afterwards. An email change is identity-sensitive: read the new address back character by character. The old one stays the address of record until the change is confirmed, and a change made close to a payout may attract an extra check. Keep any multi-factor recovery codes offline, for when multi-factor authentication becomes available.
If you have lost access to the old mailbox, do not create a second FPT account. Email support@fundedpredictiontrader.com with your order ID and the old account email; FPT verifies the request before moving control of an account. If you created a second profile by accident, say so and ask for the two to be reconciled.
How to Spot a Fake FPT Message
Nothing from FPT, through any channel, will ever ask for:
- your password or an authenticator code;
- a full card number, security code or banking credentials;
- a payment to "verify", "unlock", "release" or "expedite" a payout;
- remote access to your device;
- documents sent to an address outside the fundedpredictiontrader.com domain.
FPT names no payment processor, bank, verification vendor or payout provider in any of its documents — so anyone contacting you as one of them is not working for FPT.
If Your Account Is Compromised
Change your FPT password and your email password, sign out of other sessions, reset your multi-factor method, then email support@fundedpredictiontrader.com with what happened and when you noticed. Check your legal name, email, country and payment method. Do not trade to recover a loss caused by the compromise.
FPT may suspend access while it investigates; that is not a penalty and is not a breach. Where FPT reasonably determines activity was affected by unauthorised access, it may correct a balance or statistic, void the affected simulated activity, restore the account to the state it should reasonably have been in, or pause a cycle. It does not compensate for hypothetical profit.
