FPT has not selected how verification is carried out yet, and publishes the process here before anyone is asked for it — one of four details listed in What FPT Publishes Before Launch.
When It Happens
The two predictable points are funded activation and the release of a payout, and not every customer is asked at every stage. Beyond those, FPT may ask wherever a legal, sanctions, payment, fraud-prevention or security reason applies — a payment method that does not match the account holder, for instance — or before continuing to provide the platform.
Documents Typically Requested
- Government-issued photo identity showing your legal name, date of birth and photograph.
- Proof of address, recent, in your name.
- A liveness or selfie check.
- Payment-method ownership evidence, such as the name on the method and a partial identifier. Never a full card number.
- Business documentation, only where a company is part of the payout arrangement. See Trading Through a Company.
Profile Fields That Must Match Your ID
The usual culprits are a missing middle name and a maiden name.
| Field | Why it has to be right |
|---|---|
| Legal name | Must match the identity document you present |
| Date of birth | Supports the requirement to be at least 18 |
| Country of residence | Sets whether FPT can serve you and how a payout can be made |
| Email address | Every notice and verification request is sent there |
| Payment method | Must belong to the person named on the profile |
To correct a field the dashboard will not let you edit, email support@fundedpredictiontrader.com from the address on the account and expect to be asked for a supporting document. Do it early: the same correction on the day a payout is submitted is reviewed as an attempt to redirect a payout. A notice sent to the address on your account is treated as received.
If Verification Does Not Pass
A failed check is usually a document problem: a blurred capture, an expired document, a name mismatch. FPT will tell you what failed and let you resubmit.
Where verification is required and not completed, or the information provided turns out to be false, FPT may restrict or close the account and withhold a payout pending review. False information is a breach, and a breach removes the discretionary refund route.
Verification is never charged for, and FPT never asks for documents at an address outside the fundedpredictiontrader.com domain — the rest of what FPT will never ask you for is in Account Security and Access. Do not attach documents to a first email; ask support how to submit them.
Verification data is used for verification, fraud prevention, payout review and legal compliance, not to build a marketing profile of you — see the Privacy Policy.
