Creating Your Account
- Create the account with your own email address and confirm it.
- Sign in and choose your account size ($25k, $50k or $100k FPT Scale).
- Choose one-time or monthly Founder billing and apply the code
FOUNDER. - Review the order summary: product, size, price, billing cadence, and the document versions you accept — the Terms of Use, the FPT Scale Program Agreement, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the FPT Scale Rules Index.
- Complete the purchase. Your Founder price is charged immediately, and your prelaunch dashboard opens straight away.
Use your own details: one profile in your own legal name, a correct date of birth and country, and a payment method that belongs to you. Duplicate profiles are a breach rather than a way around the per-person Account Limits.
Creating an account does not reserve a Founder price, count toward the 100 paid Founder purchases that trigger launch, charge you, or open an evaluation. Only a paid purchase does — see Founder Purchase and Launch Terms.
A later material change to a rule states whether it applies only to new purchases or also to existing accounts. Which document controls your purchase: Founder Purchase and Launch Terms.
If a sign-in or a purchase goes wrong, see Contacting FPT Support.
Age and Capacity
You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the age of majority where you live is higher, and you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. No FPT account may be created by, held by or used on behalf of a minor, at any stage.
Country Restrictions
FPT does not publish a list of restricted locations, because the list has not been decided. FPT does not give legal advice and cannot tell you whether paying for a simulated evaluation product is lawful for you. Satisfy yourself before you buy.
Keep the country on your profile true and current. Using a VPN or a false country of residence to obtain access you would not otherwise have breaches the Terms of Use.
Where FPT reasonably determines you did not meet eligibility, or no longer meet it, FPT may restrict or close the account and withhold a pending payout until the review is complete. Closure for ineligibility is not automatically a refund. See Breaches and Rule Reviews and Canceling, Refunds and Payment Problems.
