Which Methods FPT Will Offer
Not decided yet. It is one of four operational details still being settled, all named in What FPT Publishes Before Launch. Until then no payment provider, bank or payout vendor is named in any FPT document, so if you see a third-party claim about an FPT payout provider, it did not come from FPT.
Who FPT Pays
The verified account holder — you, in your own name. Verification is complete before a payout is released and the destination has to be yours. See Identity Verification, and Trading Through a Company if you intend to receive payouts through an entity.
When the Money Moves
"Processed within 48 hours of approval" means FPT sends the payment inside that window. How long it then takes to arrive depends on the method and the institutions in between. Review happens before approval and varies with what needs checking.
Tax Is Yours
A payout is a company-funded performance payment from FPT to you, and how it is treated for tax depends on where you live.
| Responsibility | Whose |
|---|---|
| Working out how a payout is taxed where you live | Yours |
| Registering, reporting and paying any tax due | Yours |
| Keeping records of payouts received | Yours |
| Giving accurate identity and tax information when asked | Yours |
| Any reporting or withholding the law requires of FPT | FPT's |
Where the law puts any of that on FPT, FPT will tell you what is needed — and supplying inaccurate information to avoid a requirement can hold or deny a payout. FPT does not give tax advice, and whether program-access fees or reset fees are deductible where you live is a question for your own adviser.
Keep your own records. For each payout, log the date approved, the amount approved, the amount received, the account it came from and the method. For FPT's record of your approved payouts, email support@fundedpredictiontrader.com.
