Funded Prediction Trader is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Polymarket, Kalshi or TruthTick, unless FPT expressly states otherwise. Those names appear in FPT's product and documentation for one reason only: to describe accurately which prediction markets the FPT simulation covers.
All third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. FPT claims no rights in them and no relationship implied by them.
Why the Names Appear at All
FPT builds its simulated market environment from data about selected Polymarket and Kalshi markets. If FPT did not name them, it could not tell you what you are actually trading against, and vague copy would be worse for you than plain naming is.
So the names are descriptive. "Polymarket + Kalshi market coverage" means the FPT simulation is driven by data about markets at those venues. It does not mean FPT is a partner, reseller, agent or authorised representative of either.
What FPT Does Not Do

FPT is a software-based simulated trader evaluation company. It is not a brokerage, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, portfolio manager, bank, financial institution or trading venue. See Are FPT Accounts Simulated?.
What This Means Day to Day
Your account with FPT is only with FPT. There is no account at a third-party venue attached to it, nothing to fund there, and nothing to withdraw from there. Your performance payouts, when you qualify, are paid by FPT out of FPT's own funds.
Third-party terms are not FPT's terms. Rules, fees, eligibility and restrictions published by a prediction-market venue govern that venue's own service, not your FPT account. Your FPT account is governed by the FPT Scale Program Agreement, the Terms of Use, and the incorporated rules listed in the Current FPT Scale Rules Index.
FPT inherits third-party dependencies without controlling them. Market data, market metadata and published resolutions come from outside FPT. When they are delayed, degraded, disputed or corrected, FPT restricts markets or adjusts records accordingly — but it cannot fix the source. Support boundaries follow from that. FPT support can help with anything in your FPT account. It cannot act on a third-party venue, resolve a dispute there, or answer for that venue's decisions.
Coverage Can Change
FPT covers selected markets and may add, remove or change which markets and which sources it covers. Naming a source today is not a commitment to cover it forever, and no coverage decision creates or implies a relationship with the venue named. If You See a Claim of Affiliation
FPT does not authorise anyone to represent it as a partner or affiliate of a prediction-market venue, and does not authorise third parties to make claims on its behalf. If you encounter an advertisement, message, social account or website claiming an FPT affiliation, endorsement or partnership that is not published on FPT's own site, treat it as unverified and report it to support@fundedpredictiontrader.com.
