One person may receive a maximum of $25,000 in payouts per month across all of their FPT accounts. The limit is per person, not per account — holding several accounts does not raise it.
One thing is not yet published. Whether the month is measured as a calendar month or as a rolling 30-day period has not been finalised. FPT will publish the measurement period before launch. Until then, no FPT document, dashboard tooltip or support reply will state one, and you should not assume either reading.
The Limit at a Glance
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Amount | $25,000 |
| Measured across | All accounts held by one person, evaluation and funded |
| Measured per | Person |
| Counts | Payouts actually approved and paid |
| Measurement period | To be published before launch |
Why It Is Per Person
FPT allows up to five active accounts per person and a $500,000 maximum combined allocation per person. Those limits are also per person, for the same reason: the program is designed around one trader, one profile, and a set of limits that scale with performance rather than with the number of accounts opened. See Account Limits and Allocation Caps.
Opening a second profile to work around any of these limits is prohibited. FPT operates on one profile per person, and duplicate profiles are a conduct breach — see One FPT Profile per Person and Account Sharing and Duplicate Profiles.
How It Interacts With Payout Caps
The monthly maximum sits above the per-payout caps. Both apply, and the lower one binds.
Worked example. A trader holds three funded accounts, all at their terminal milestone: a $100k account capped at $3,500, and two $50k accounts capped at $2,500 each. In a single month:
| Payout | Cap | Approved |
|---|---|---|
| $100k account | $3,500 | $3,500 |
| $50k account A | $2,500 | $2,500 |
| $50k account B | $2,500 | $2,500 |
| Month total | — | $8,500 |
That total is well inside $25,000, so the monthly maximum does not bite. It only becomes the binding limit for a trader running several accounts through several cycles in the same period.
The per-payout ladders are in Payout Caps.
What Happens If a Request Would Exceed It
If an approved payout would take you past $25,000 for the period, FPT applies the maximum. The remaining profit is not forfeited by the maximum alone — it stays in the account balance, subject to every other rule, and remains available in a later period through a normal payout cycle.
The full sequence a request goes through is in Payout Rules and Review.
The Undefined Part, Stated Honestly
The difference between a calendar month and a rolling 30-day window matters if you are close to the limit. Under a calendar month, a payout approved on the 31st and another on the 1st fall in different periods. Under a rolling 30-day window, they do not.
FPT has not settled which applies, and inventing an answer here would be worse than saying so. The measurement period will be published in this article before launch, and the article version will be bumped when it is. Until then, plan on the conservative reading if you are near the limit, and ask support before building a payout schedule around the boundary.
