Every payout request at FPT is reviewed before it is approved. Review is a normal part of the process, not a sign that something is wrong with your account.
Review and processing are two different steps, and only one of them carries a time commitment. Approved payouts are processed within 48 hours of approval. The review step that comes before approval has no stated time promise — FPT does not publish a review deadline, and any wording that suggests a 48-hour review is a summary that does not override this.
The Two Steps, Separated
| Step | What happens | Time commitment |
|---|---|---|
| Review | FPT checks the request against the payout rules and the conduct rules | None stated |
| Approval | FPT determines the payable amount after caps and the monthly maximum | — |
| Processing | FPT sends the payment | Within 48 hours of approval |
The time a payment then takes to arrive depends on the payout method and is outside FPT's control. Methods will be published before the first payout cycle — see Payout Methods.
What Review Examines
Review looks at the account and the cycle behind the request. That can include:
- Whether five qualifying payout days were genuinely earned at the account's minimum.
- Whether the 40% payout-cycle consistency rule is satisfied against the cycle's total profit.
- Order and position history: timing, sizing, market selection and risk behaviour.
- Position sizing against the account's max open size and the 5% market-volume cap — see Max Open Size and Market-Volume Limits.
- Whether identity verification is complete and the payout destination is owned by the account holder.
- Whether the profile is a single, genuine profile, and whether related accounts show coordinated activity.
The scope of the analysis FPT performs on account data is described in Data Monitoring and Performance Analysis.
Common Reasons a Request Takes Longer
Most requests are straightforward. The ones that take longer usually involve one of the following.
- Verification is incomplete. A payout cannot be released before identity verification is finished. See Verification Before Funded Activation or Payout.
- A consistency question. A cycle with one dominant day needs checking against the 40% rule before an amount can be fixed.
- A sizing question. Positions close to the account's max open size, or close to 5% of a market's trailing 24-hour volume, may be checked against the recorded market data.
- Unusual market conditions. Fills in thin markets, or in markets that were later restricted or disputed, may need to be reconciled — see Market Availability and Thin Markets and Market Resolution and Data Dependencies.
- Related-account signals. Activity that looks coordinated across accounts is examined under Coordinated Trading and Related Accounts.
- Account information that does not match. A name, email or payment-method ownership mismatch has to be resolved first — see Payment Method Ownership.
- FPT asked you for something. If FPT requests information during review and does not receive it, the request stays open.
What You Can Do to Make Review Fast
- Complete identity verification before your fifth qualifying day, not after.
- Keep your account information accurate — see Accurate Account Information.
- Trade a cycle with reasonably even days, so consistency is obviously satisfied.
- Answer any request from FPT promptly, from the email address on the account.
- Do not open a second request while the first is under review.
Review Is Not an Accusation
A request under review has not been denied and is not presumed to be a problem. Review exists because a payout is a real payment of FPT's own capital against a simulated performance record, and the integrity of that record is what makes the program work for everyone in it.
If a rule genuinely was broken, the review process and its outcomes are described in Rule Violations and the Review Process and Account Reviews. If a request is denied, you can appeal — see Payout Denial and Appeal.
