FPT monitors and reviews account activity, and analyses your trading. That is not a side effect of running the platform — it is the product. FPT's business is measuring whether someone can trade prediction markets profitably inside a risk framework, and measurement means analysis.

This article sets out plainly what FPT may do with that data, what it does not do, and what none of it promises you.

What FPT May Do

FPT may:

  • Monitor and review account activity.
  • Analyse orders, positions, timing, risk behaviour, market selection, performance and related account activity.
  • Use that data for platform operation, fraud prevention, payout review, analytics, product development, risk research, AI and model development, strategy research, and future business lines.
  • Identify high-performing traders or strategies for discretionary review.
  • Test internal simulated or live replication using FPT's own capital.
  • Use aggregated, anonymised or de-identified data commercially.

Read the fifth point carefully, because it is the one people ask about. FPT may study what works and may test it with its own money. That is FPT's capital at FPT's risk — it is not your account, it is not your money, and it does not change your account's results.

What FPT Does Not Do

  • FPT does not intentionally sell personally identifying trader information.
  • FPT does not route your orders to Polymarket, Kalshi or any exchange. Nothing you do inside an FPT account reaches an order book, so nothing you do can be front-run into a real market by FPT.
  • FPT does not hold your funds or take deposits.
  • FPT does not promise you anything in exchange for what it learns from your trading.

FPT does disclose data where required for legal, compliance, payment, fraud-prevention or security purposes. That is a requirement, not a commercial arrangement.

The Three Purposes, Separated

PurposeWhat it looks likeWhere it is described
Running the programApplying risk limits, tracking objectives, reviewing a payout cyclePayout Rules and Review
Protecting the programDetecting duplicate profiles, coordinated positions, defect exploitation, payment fraudFraud and Abuse Prevention
Improving the programRisk research, model development, strategy research, product and future business linesThis article

The first two are why your account works and why a payout can be trusted. The third is why FPT can afford to pay for performance at all.

No Promise Attaches to Any of It

This is the part that matters most, and FPT states it flatly.

No promise of live allocation, copy trading, increased limits, special status or extra compensation is made unless separately agreed with you in writing.

If FPT studies your trading, you are not owed anything for it. If FPT identifies you as a high performer, that is a discretionary internal review and not an offer. If FPT ever replicates a strategy with its own capital, that does not create a revenue share, a licence fee or a claim.

A future live-capital opportunity, if one ever exists, is discretionary and never guaranteed. It is described honestly — including what it is not — in Future Live-Capital Review.

What you are owed is exactly what the published rules say: pass the evaluation, meet the funded rules, and an approved payout is paid at the 90/10 split and processed within 48 hours of approval.

"Are You Going to Steal My Strategy?"

The fair answer is a real one rather than a reassuring one.

FPT can see your orders, your timing and your market selection, and FPT says openly that it may use that for risk research, model development and strategy research. Pretending otherwise would be dishonest.

What that is worth in practice is limited by something structural: FPT's data is simulated fills against live prices, not live executions. A pattern that looks clean in a simulated environment does not automatically survive real queue position, real liquidity and real fees. That is the same limit that stops FPT presenting simulated performance as a prediction of live results — see Are FPT Accounts Simulated? and the Simulation and Risk Disclosure.

If your strategy's entire edge is one idea that cannot survive being observed, FPT is not the right place to run it. That is a straight answer, and it is better than a comfortable one.

Aggregated and De-Identified Data

FPT may use aggregated, anonymised or de-identified data commercially — for example, statistics about how a cohort of traders behaves around a market event, with no individual identifiable in the result.

Aggregated data of that kind is no longer personal information, which is why it is treated differently from your account record. The boundary is defined in the Privacy Policy.

Your Privacy Rights

What FPT collects, why, who processes it, how long it is kept, and which rights you have depend on where you live. All of that lives in the Privacy Policy, alongside the Cookie Policy for website technologies.

Send data requests — access, correction, deletion, or a question about how something is used — to privacy@fundedpredictiontrader.com.

Note one practical limit: monitoring and analysis of trading activity are how the program operates and how payouts are reviewed, so an account cannot opt out of them while remaining an FPT account. Marketing preferences are a separate matter and can be changed at any time.

What This Means Day to Day

Nothing changes in how you trade. Trade your own account, under the published rules, with your own identity and your own payment method, and monitoring is invisible to you — it shows up as a payout that gets reviewed and approved rather than questioned.

Where it becomes visible is a review. What that looks like is in Account Reviews.
