A payout request can be denied when a rule in the payout rules, the funded rules or the conduct rules has not been satisfied. A denial always states the rule FPT relied on, and it can be appealed.

Not every denial means the same thing. Some are technical — a condition was not met yet — and leave the account fully intact. Others follow a conduct breach and may also close the account.

Two Kinds of Denial

TypeExampleEffect on the account
TechnicalFive qualifying days not yet earned; 40% consistency not satisfied; verification incompleteAccount continues normally; you can request again once the condition is met
ConductA breach of the good-faith rules, duplicate profiles, coordinated trading, data or price exploitationThe account may be closed under the funded breach rules

A technical denial is not a black mark. It is the system telling you a condition is outstanding.

Reasons a Request Is Denied

What a Denial Does Not Do

  • It does not remove qualifying days already earned, unless those days are themselves the subject of the breach.
  • It does not advance your scaling milestone. Only an approved payout does that, so a denied request leaves your payout cap and max open size where they were.
  • It does not, on its own, forfeit account profit. Profit stays in the balance subject to the other rules.

How to Appeal

  1. Read the stated reason. The denial names the rule. An appeal that does not engage with that rule rarely changes anything.
  2. Email support@fundedpredictiontrader.com from the email address on the account, within a reasonable time of the denial.
  3. Include the essentials: your account email, the account size, the payout request reference and the date of the denial.
  4. State what you think is wrong, in one or two sentences. "The cycle total used was $2,400 but two days were excluded" is useful. "This is unfair" is not.
  5. Attach evidence you actually hold — dashboard screenshots, timestamps, the specific markets and order times you are relying on. FPT already has the account record; what helps is you pointing at the exact part of it.
  6. Wait for the review of the appeal. FPT will respond in writing. Do not open a second appeal in parallel.

The general appeals route, including appeals that are not about a payout, is in Appeals and Support.

What an Appeal Can and Cannot Change

An appeal can correct a factual error: a day mis-scored, a cycle total computed against the wrong period, a verification record that was actually complete, a position that was inside its limit.

An appeal cannot waive a rule. If the largest day genuinely was more than 40% of the cycle, no appeal changes that; the remedy is to continue trading the cycle until the ratio is satisfied. The full rule set an appeal is measured against is in Payout Rules and Review.

Do Not Use a Chargeback as an Appeal

A payment dispute is not a route for contesting a payout decision — a payout is FPT paying you, not you paying FPT, so a chargeback cannot address it. Filing an improper dispute can disqualify you from discretionary remedies. Your lawful dispute rights on an actual purchase are untouched by this. See Chargebacks and Payment Disputes.
