You must provide accurate, current and complete information when you register with FPT, and keep it accurate afterwards. An account registered with false, borrowed or misappropriated information may be suspended or closed, and a payout tied to it may be withheld pending review.
This is the least glamorous rule in the program and the one that causes the most avoidable pain. Almost every payout problem that is not a rules problem is a mismatch between what a profile says and what a document says.
What "Accurate" Covers

Use your legal name as it appears on the identity document you would present, not a nickname, a trading handle, a shortened form or a business name.
The Rule Behind the Rule
FPT does not ask for accurate information because it likes forms. It asks because three separate obligations depend on it.
Eligibility. FPT has to be able to say that the person holding the account is at least 18, has legal capacity, and is somewhere FPT can lawfully serve. See Age and Legal Eligibility.
Verification. If FPT requires identity verification, the documents have to correspond to the profile. If they do not, the verification does not pass — and no amount of trading performance fixes that. See Identity Verification.
Payment integrity. The payment method used at checkout must belong to the person named on the profile, and a payout is only ever made to the verified account holder. See Payment-Method Ownership.
Notices Sent to Your Email Are Treated as Received
A notice sent to the address on your account is treated as received. That is not a technicality — it is how a launch announcement, an extension notice, a review message, a renewal reminder and a payout decision reach you.
If you stop using an email address, change it on your profile before you stop reading it. The procedure is in Changing Your Email or Password, and if a message never arrives, start with Email Not Received.
How to Correct Something
- Sign in and open your profile settings.
- Update the field yourself where the dashboard allows it — for example, an email address or a contact detail.
- For a field the dashboard does not let you edit, such as a legal name or a date of birth, email support@fundedpredictiontrader.com from the address on the account.
- Say what the current value is, what it should be, and why it is changing.
- Expect to be asked for a supporting document where the change affects identity.
Do the correction as early as you can. A name correction requested while you are still in evaluation is routine. The same correction requested on the day a payout is submitted looks, from the outside, exactly like an attempt to redirect a payout — and it will be reviewed as such.
A Genuine Change Is Not a Problem
Names change. People move. Cards get reissued. None of that is suspicious, and FPT does not treat it as suspicious.
What FPT looks at is the pattern, not the event. A single documented life change is administration. Repeated identity changes on an account approaching a payout, or a change that moves a payout toward someone other than the account holder, is a review.
What Happens if Information Is Wrong
Where FPT reasonably believes profile information is false, borrowed or misappropriated, FPT may suspend or restrict access, require verification before going further, withhold a pending payout while it reviews, or close the account. Where required verification is not completed or the information provided turns out to be false, closure is on the table.
FPT will give notice where it reasonably can and will tell you what it found. The process, and your route to respond, are in Account Reviews and Appeals and Support.
An innocent typo discovered during verification is fixed. A deliberate misstatement is a breach — and because a discretionary refund is never available after an account-rule violation, it also removes the refund route described in the Refund, Cancellation and Chargeback Policy.
Keep Your Own Copy
Keep your own record of what you entered and when you changed it. If a review ever turns on a date, your own record is the fastest way to close it.
