If an FPT email has not arrived, the first thing to check is which address the account actually uses — a typo at signup sends every future message to a mailbox nobody reads. After that, the usual causes are spam filtering, an inbox rule, and a mail provider that quietly delays messages from a sender it has not seen before.

FPT sends transactional email only: purchase confirmations, password resets, account notices, launch-window updates including any extension notice, and billing messages.

Fix It in Order

  1. Search, do not browse. Search your whole mailbox for "Funded Prediction Trader" and for "FPT" rather than scrolling one folder. Include spam, junk, promotions, updates, archive and any provider-specific tabs.
  2. Check the address on the account. Open your account details and read the email address carefully. A single wrong character is the most common cause of "no emails at all". If it is wrong, see Changing Your Email or Password.
  3. Add FPT to your safe senders. Mark any FPT message as "not spam", then add the sending address to your contacts or safe-sender list so later messages route to the inbox.
  4. Check your filters and rules. A rule you wrote years ago — auto-archive, auto-label, auto-delete — will apply to FPT mail too. Look for rules matching "trader", "funded", "payment" or "receipt".
  5. Check forwarding. If the address forwards to another mailbox, the message may be sitting in the destination account, or bouncing at it.
  6. Check mailbox capacity. A full mailbox rejects new mail silently from your point of view.
  7. Wait, then request again. Some providers hold first-contact mail briefly. Request the message once more rather than repeatedly — five reset requests in two minutes produces five links, of which only the newest works.

Corporate, School and Aliasing Addresses

Work and school mail systems block outside senders more aggressively than personal ones, and the block is usually invisible to you. If you registered with a managed address and nothing arrives after the checks above, switch the account to a personal address you fully control.

Disposable, temporary and forwarding-alias addresses are a poor fit for an FPT account. You need reliable delivery of password resets, launch notices and payout-related messages, and your account information must be accurate and current — see Accurate Account Information.

If the Missing Email Is a Purchase Confirmation

Missing confirmation and missing purchase are different problems with different fixes. Check the dashboard first: if the purchase is recorded there, the email is a delivery issue and your purchase is fine. If neither the email nor the dashboard shows it, work through Purchase Not Appearing in Your Dashboard — and do not buy a second time to "retry" it.

If the Missing Email Is a Password Reset

Reset links expire, and only the most recently requested one is valid. Request one, wait, then check spam before requesting another. If you no longer control the mailbox at all, do not open a second FPT account — one FPT profile per person is a program rule. Contact support instead. See Login and Account-Access Issues.

If the Missing Email Is a Launch Notice

Launch information is published in the dashboard as well as by email, so a missing email never leaves you uninformed. FPT intends to launch on the earlier of 100 paid Founder purchases or 30 calendar days after the first paid Founder purchase, and may extend that window once by up to 30 additional calendar days. An extension is notified by email and shown in the dashboard. See The 30-Day Launch Target and Possible One-Time 30-Day Extension.

Watch for Impersonation

Because people expect FPT email, fraudulent messages imitating it are worth expecting too. FPT will never ask for your password, and never asks you to move a payment to a different destination by email. Check the sender domain before acting on anything, and forward anything suspicious to support@fundedpredictiontrader.com rather than replying to it. See Account Security and Fraud and Abuse Prevention.

Still Need Help?

Email support@fundedpredictiontrader.com from an address you control. Include your FPT account email exactly as registered, your order ID if the missing message relates to a purchase, which email you expected and roughly when, what you saw instead, the checks above that you have already completed, and your device and browser. If you can, name your mail provider — it helps diagnose delivery.
