If you were charged and your FPT Scale evaluation is not showing in your dashboard, the cause is almost always one of three things: you are signed in with a different email than the one used at checkout, the charge is an authorisation that did not complete, or the page is showing you a cached copy.
Work through the checks below in order. Most cases are resolved at step 2.
Step-by-Step Checks
- Check which email you are signed in with. Open your account details and compare that address, character for character, against the address on your purchase confirmation email. A purchase attaches to the FPT account that was signed in at checkout. A different address — even a variant of your own — is a different account.
- Find your purchase confirmation email. Search your inbox for "Funded Prediction Trader". Check spam, promotions and any filtered folders. If there is no confirmation email at all, see Not Receiving FPT Emails — but treat the absence as a signal that the purchase may not have completed.
- Sign out fully, then sign back in. This refreshes your session against current account data rather than a stale one.
- Hard-refresh the dashboard. On Windows, Ctrl and F5 together; on macOS, Command, Shift and R together. Then try a private or incognito window.
- Check whether the charge is pending or settled. In your card or bank app, a pending line that has not settled is often an authorisation, not a completed payment. Authorisations that never capture drop off on their own — see Payment Declined or Failed.
- Confirm you had an FPT account before purchasing. FPT requires you to create an account before buying — see Creating an Account Before Purchase. If checkout was completed without being signed in, the payment may not be linked to any FPT profile yet. Support can link it; do not buy again.
- Do not purchase a second time. A repeat purchase to "force" the account through creates a second charge and a second account, and both then need untangling. Contact support instead.
What You Should See When It Is Working
Your Founder purchase buys the FPT Scale evaluation account size you selected, at the Founder price, and gives you immediate access to a basic prelaunch dashboard. The reservation locks your selected Founder price. The evaluation itself becomes tradeable when FPT launches — before then, trading and unfinished features read "Coming soon", which is expected. See What the Founder Purchase Includes and Prelaunch Dashboard Issues.
So the thing to look for is your purchase record — account size, plan and locked price. An empty trading area is not evidence of a missing purchase before launch.
If You Were Charged Twice
Send both charge details to support and do not cancel either one yourself through your bank as a first move. A lawful payment dispute is always your right, but a duplicate charge is faster to resolve directly, and an improper chargeback can affect your standing under the Refund, Cancellation and Chargeback Policy. See also Chargebacks and Payment Disputes.
If the Wrong Account Size or Plan Is Showing
Your checkout order summary is what controls the transaction-specific fields: product, account size, price, promotional price and billing cadence. If the dashboard shows something different from your order summary, that is an FPT-side error. Send both — the order summary and the dashboard screenshot — and support can correct the record.
If You Want to Undo the Purchase Instead
Purchases are final except where applicable law requires otherwise. FPT may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund request made before any simulated trade has been placed on the purchased evaluation, and approval is not guaranteed. Before launch, no trade can have been placed, so a request at this stage falls inside that window. See Refunds, Founder Refund Requests Before Trading and the Refund Policy.
Separately, if FPT cancels the launch or does not activate purchased evaluation accounts by the end of the final extended window, affected customers receive full refunds to the original payment method. That is not discretionary. See What Happens if FPT Does Not Launch.
Still Need Help?
Email support@fundedpredictiontrader.com. Include your FPT account email, your order ID, the date and time of the charge with your time zone, the last four digits of the payment method only, what you saw in the dashboard, what you expected to see, and your device and browser. Never send a full card number.
