FPT has not launched yet. Your Founder purchase gives you immediate access to a basic prelaunch dashboard, and most of what a funded-trader dashboard eventually does is deliberately not built into it yet.
Before launch, trading and unfinished features clearly read "Coming soon". That label is the product working as designed — it is not an error, and support cannot switch it off for an individual account.
What Works Before Launch
- Signing in to your FPT account.
- Seeing your purchase: the account size you bought, the plan you chose, and the Founder price locked to it.
- Seeing the launch window and any extension notice FPT has published.
- Updating your account details.
What Reads "Coming Soon" Before Launch
- Placing orders and any trading interface.
- Live evaluation balances, positions and progress metrics.
- Payout requests and payout history.
- Any analytics or reporting that depends on trading activity.
Your evaluation becomes tradeable when FPT launches — see When Your Evaluation Becomes Tradeable and Prelaunch Dashboard Access. Nothing you do in the prelaunch dashboard consumes any part of your evaluation.
Common Prelaunch Symptoms
"My Dashboard Is Empty After Purchase"
Confirmation emails and dashboard state do not always land in the same second. Work through Purchase Not Appearing in Your Dashboard first — the most common cause is being signed in with a different email address than the one used at checkout.
"The Page Loads Blank or Half-Rendered"
- Hard-refresh the page. On Windows, Ctrl and F5 together; on macOS, Command, Shift and R together.
- Clear the cached copy of the site in your browser settings, then reload.
- Open the dashboard in a private or incognito window, which loads it without extensions.
- If it renders correctly in private mode, disable browser extensions one at a time — ad blockers and privacy extensions are the usual cause.
- Try a second browser, and a second network if you can — a corporate or school network sometimes blocks assets the dashboard needs.
If it still fails in a clean private window on a second browser, it is a bug. Report it with the detail listed in Reporting a Problem or Bug.
"I Cannot Sign In at All"
That is an access problem, not a dashboard problem. See Login and Account-Access Issues.
"My Account Size or Plan Is Wrong"
Check it against your purchase confirmation email. Your order summary controls transaction-specific fields — product, account size, price, promotional price and billing cadence. If the dashboard disagrees with the order summary, that is an FPT-side error worth reporting, and the order summary is the record. Email support with your order ID and a screenshot of both.
"The Launch Counter Has Not Moved"
FPT does not display invented progress numbers. Where a real count is not yet available, the dashboard shows the target rather than a fabricated figure. FPT intends to launch on the earlier of reaching 100 paid Founder purchases or 30 calendar days after the first paid Founder purchase, and may extend that window once by up to 30 additional calendar days if reasonably necessary. An extension is notified by email and shown in the dashboard. See The 30-Day Launch Target and Possible One-Time 30-Day Extension.
"My Monthly Plan Looks Like It Is About to Renew"
It is not. Monthly plans do not auto-renew before launch. The first monthly payment is charged immediately and prepays the first month of evaluation access, which begins when your evaluation is activated. The second charge occurs 30 days after evaluation activation, then monthly until cancelled. See When Monthly Renewal Begins.
What Support Cannot Do Before Launch
Support cannot activate trading early, unlock a "Coming soon" feature for one account, or start your evaluation ahead of the announced launch date. Those are launch-wide events, not per-account settings. What support can do is confirm your purchase is recorded correctly, confirm your locked price, correct an FPT-side data error, and log a genuine bug.
Still Need Help?
Email support@fundedpredictiontrader.com. Include your FPT account email, your order ID, the exact wording on screen, what you expected to see instead, the date, time and time zone, and your device and browser. If the page rendered wrongly, attach a screenshot of the whole window rather than a crop.
