Your prelaunch dashboard opens the moment your Founder payment is captured. It is deliberately basic: it confirms what you bought, shows the launch status FPT has published, and marks everything that is not finished as "Coming soon".
You cannot trade before launch. No FPT account can. The dashboard does not pretend otherwise.
What You Can See Before Launch
- Your purchase. The FPT Scale account size you bought, the Founder price you paid, and whether it is a one-time purchase or a monthly plan.
- Your account details. The email address and profile information on your FPT account.
- Launch status. The information FPT has actually published — the paid-purchase target, the window close date once the first paid purchase exists, and any extension notice.
- Notices. Announcements FPT posts, including a launch date once announced and an extension notice if one is used.
What Reads "Coming Soon"
Trading is the obvious one. Order entry, positions, market browsing, live balances and everything else that depends on the evaluation being active is unavailable until launch and is labelled as such.
Other dashboard features that are not finished carry the same label. FPT would rather show you a clear "Coming soon" than a control that looks live and does nothing. If a feature is not labelled and also does not work, that is a bug — report it via Reporting a Problem or Bug.
The Honest-Emptiness Rule
Where FPT does not yet know something, the dashboard shows nothing rather than a placeholder number.
Before the first paid Founder purchase exists there is no window close date, so none is displayed. The purchase counter shows the target of 100 paid Founder purchases, and it will not display an invented progress figure that nobody earned. The same applies across FPT: no fabricated statistics, trader counts, reviews or testimonials, anywhere.
Limited Access Is Not Delivery
This matters, so it is written into the terms rather than left implied.
FPT does not represent that prelaunch dashboard access constitutes delivery of the evaluation service. The evaluation service is delivered when your account is activated at launch. FPT will not argue that the full service was rendered merely because you could sign in and look at a dashboard.
The practical consequence: if FPT cancels the launch or misses the final extended deadline, your refund is not reduced because you used the prelaunch dashboard. See What Happens If FPT Does Not Launch. The wording lives in clauses 5.3 and 9.3 of Founder Purchase and Launch Terms.
What to Do With the Waiting Time
The prelaunch period is a good moment to read the rules you will be trading under, so that day one is execution rather than discovery:
- Complete Evaluation Rules by Account Size — the whole objective in one table.
- The 40% Consistency Rule — the rule most commonly misjudged.
- Five Profitable Days — including the per-size minimum a day has to clear.
- EOD Trailing Drawdown — how the loss floor moves and where it locks.
- Max Open Size and Market-Volume Limits — why a position can be blocked even when it is inside your account limit.
- Dashboard and Order Interface Overview — what the interface will look like once trading opens.
It is also worth confirming that the email address on your account is one you read, since launch and extension notices go there. See Changing Your Email or Password.
If Something Is Wrong
| Problem | Where to go |
|---|---|
| Your purchase is not showing | Purchase Not Appearing |
| You cannot sign in | Login and Account Access Issues |
| The dashboard loads oddly or a panel is broken | Prelaunch Dashboard Issues |
| No confirmation email arrived | Email Not Received |
| Payment did not go through | Payment Declined or Failed |
Keep the Account Secure
Your prelaunch dashboard is tied to your FPT account, and that account will hold a funded-stage relationship if you pass the evaluation. Use a unique password and treat access as yours alone — account sharing is a program breach, not just a policy preference. See Account Security and Account Sharing and Duplicate Profiles.
