You are responsible for determining whether your use of FPT is permitted under the laws that apply to you. FPT may decline, restrict or close an account where it reasonably believes that providing the platform to you is prohibited, restricted or impractical under applicable law, sanctions rules, or a service provider's requirements.

FPT does not publish a list of restricted locations. Where a restriction applies to you, FPT will tell you at the point it applies.

Why There Is No List

The honest reason is that the list has not been decided. Availability depends on choices FPT has not finished making — including which payment and payout providers it works with, and what each of them requires.

Publishing a list now would mean publishing a guess. A guess that is too narrow gives someone false comfort before they spend money; a guess that is too wide turns away someone FPT could serve. FPT would rather say plainly that the list is not final and tell you the moment a restriction touches your account.

For the same reason, no processor, bank, verification vendor or payout provider is named in any FPT document. None has been selected.

What You Are Responsible For

Your responsibilityWhat it means in practice
Confirming permitted useSatisfy yourself that paying for a simulated evaluation product is lawful for you, where you are
Keeping your location accurateYour country or region on your profile must be current and true
Telling FPT when it changesIf you move, update your profile — availability, verification and payout arrangements can all depend on it
Your own tax positionA payout is your income to report. See Taxes and Customer Responsibility

FPT does not give you legal advice about your own jurisdiction, and nothing on the platform is a statement that FPT's products are lawful or suitable for you where you are. If you are unsure, take advice locally before you buy.

What FPT Is and Is Not — the Part That Matters Locally

When you are working out whether FPT is permitted where you are, describe it accurately.

FPT is a software-based simulated trader evaluation company. Account balances, orders, positions, fills and profits inside an FPT account are simulated. FPT is not a brokerage, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, portfolio manager, bank, financial institution or trading venue. FPT does not hold customer funds, take deposits, route customer orders to Polymarket, Kalshi or any exchange, or execute live trades for customers. FPT is not gambling, gaming, betting, wagering, a contest or a sweepstakes.

You pay a program-access fee for an evaluation. If you meet the rules, FPT may pay you a company-funded performance payout from its own funds. That is the product, and it is the description to take to an adviser.

Do Not Misrepresent Where You Are

Using a VPN, a proxy or any other method to appear to be somewhere you are not, in order to obtain or keep access, is a breach. So is entering a country of residence that is not yours.

Circumventing or attempting to circumvent a geographic control is prohibited technical abuse under the Terms of Use, independently of anything else it might breach.

The practical consequence is worse than the principle. Location shows up again at verification and again at payout. An account built on a location that does not survive verification is an account that cannot be paid — and by then the evaluation fee has been spent and a discretionary refund is no longer available, because a refund is only ever considered before a simulated trade has been placed and never after a rules violation.

Ordinary travel is not this. Signing in from a hotel on a trip is not misrepresenting your residence.

If You Move

Update your country or region on your profile as soon as it changes, and tell support if the move happens mid-cycle. Three things can depend on it: whether FPT can continue to serve you, what verification asks for, and how a payout can be made.

A change that arrives on the day a payout is submitted will be reviewed more carefully than the same change made months earlier. That is not suspicion of you — it is simply what a late change to a payout-relevant field looks like from the outside.

If a Restriction Applies to You

FPT will tell you at the point it applies. Depending on the reason, FPT may decline a registration, restrict features, hold a payout pending review, or close the account. FPT will give notice where it reasonably can and will explain what applies.

Where an account is closed because FPT cannot lawfully continue to serve you — through no fault of yours — contact support@fundedpredictiontrader.com. Refunds are governed by the Refund, Cancellation and Chargeback Policy and any consideration is discretionary; FPT will look at the specific situation rather than applying a formula. If you disagree with an outcome, use Appeals and Support.

Availability Is Not the Same as Market Coverage

Two different questions get mixed up here.

Can FPT serve me where I am? — this article.

Which markets can I trade inside my account? — a platform question, answered in Polymarket and Kalshi Market Coverage and Temporary Market Restrictions. FPT accounts reference selected Polymarket and Kalshi markets from both venues, and no add-on is charged for both. That coverage is about the simulation, not about your local eligibility.

Still Need Help?

Email support@fundedpredictiontrader.com to ask what FPT currently requires. Support can tell you what FPT does; it cannot tell you whether the product is lawful for you where you live, and it will not guess.
