You can cancel an FPT Scale monthly plan. Cancelling stops future renewal charges from that point forward.
Two things to be clear about before you do it. Cancelling is not a refund request — it does not reverse a payment already taken. And cancelling permanently ends your Founder price lock on that subscription.

If what you want is your money back rather than an end to future charges, read Refunds and the Refund Policy first. Cancelling before you have asked can make the request harder to handle, not easier.
How to Cancel
- Open your billing settings in the FPT dashboard.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel — cancel the right one if you hold more than one account.
- Confirm the cancellation.
- Check for the confirmation email at the address on your account. Keep it.
- If the dashboard option is not available to you, email billing@fundedpredictiontrader.com from the email address on the account, naming the account and the subscription you want cancelled.
A cancellation is effective when FPT records it. An email that FPT never received is not a cancellation, which is why the confirmation is worth keeping.

The Price Lock Ends and Does Not Return
Your Founder monthly price is locked for the life of that specific, uninterrupted subscription. Cancelling interrupts it. The lock ends and is not reinstated if you come back — a later repurchase is at then-current pricing.
The same is true if the subscription is refunded, charged back, lapses through a failed payment, or is terminated for a rules or account violation. See How the Monthly Founder Price Lock Works.
If your only reason to cancel is that you are not trading for a while, weigh that against losing the locked price permanently.
Cancelling Before Launch
Monthly plans do not auto-renew before launch. The first payment was taken at checkout and prepays the first month of evaluation access, beginning when your evaluation is activated; the second charge lands 30 days after activation. See Monthly Billing.
Cancelling during the prelaunch period therefore stops a renewal that has not yet been attempted. Whether the payment you already made can be returned is a refund question, not a cancellation question, and is governed by the Refund Policy.
One thing FPT will never argue: that the full evaluation service was rendered merely because you received the limited prelaunch dashboard.
What Cancelling Does Not Do
- It does not delete your FPT profile or your account history.
- It does not, by itself, produce a refund of a payment already taken.
- It does not remove an approved payout that is in processing. Payouts are governed by Payout Rules and Review.
- It does not cancel your other subscriptions. Each account subscription is cancelled separately.
- It does not resolve a dispute you have with FPT. Talk to support first — see Appeals and Support.
Do Not Cancel by Letting a Payment Fail
Allowing a renewal to fail is not a clean cancellation. It can leave the subscription in an ambiguous state, and it ends the price lock all the same. See Failed Payments.
And do not cancel by filing a payment dispute against a charge you authorised. Your lawful dispute rights are untouched, but an improper dispute has consequences — see Chargebacks and Payment Disputes.
