A payout is real money FPT sends you from FPT's own funds for performance you produced on a funded account. It is not a withdrawal, because you never deposited anything.

To receive one you complete a payout cycle — five qualifying payout days, under the 40% consistency rule — then request a payout. FPT reviews it, and approved payouts are processed within 48 hours of approval.

Step 1 — Build Five Qualifying Payout Days

A day counts toward your cycle when your net profit for that day meets your account's minimum.

AccountQualifying payout day minimum
$25k$100 or more
$50k$150 or more
$100k$200 or more

You need five of them in the cycle. Days below the minimum are still your profit — they just do not tick the counter. See Five Qualifying Payout Days and Qualifying Day Minimum by Account Size.

Step 2 — Satisfy the 40% Cycle Consistency Rule

No single trading day may account for more than 40% of the payout cycle's total profit. The rule exists so a payout reflects a repeatable process rather than one outsized session.

Worked Example — A $50k Cycle

  • Day 1 — $420
  • Day 2 — $310
  • Day 3 — $650
  • Day 4 — $180
  • Day 5 — $290

Total cycle profit is $1,850. Every day cleared the $150 minimum, so all five count. The largest day is $650, which is about 35.1% of $1,850 — inside the 40% ceiling. The cycle is consistent.

Had Day 3 produced $900 against a $2,100 total, that single day would be roughly 42.9% of the cycle and the consistency test would not be satisfied on those numbers.

How losing days, a mid-cycle reset and a partially completed cycle enter that calculation is not finalised. The exact treatment will be published in Funded 40% Payout-Cycle Consistency before launch. Do not assume an edge case from the example above.

Step 3 — Know Your Cap

Your payout cap steps up on each approved payout, alongside your max open size.

$50k milestonePayout capMax open size
Funded start$1,000
1st approved payout$1,000$1,500
2nd approved payout$1,500$2,000
3rd approved payout$2,000$2,500
4th and later$2,500 max$2,500 max

Two things to hold on to:

  • Caps are net to you. A $1,000 cap means up to $1,000 arrives in your hands. The 90/10 split mechanics are handled internally, so you do not subtract 10% from the published cap.
  • Caps stop scaling at the terminal tier — $1,500 on the $25k, $2,500 on the $50k, $3,500 on the $100k.

The $25k and $100k ladders are in Scaling Tables by Account Size and the cap rules in Payout Caps.

Step 4 — The Split

Funded profit is split 90% to you, 10% to FPT, on every account size.

Because published caps are already net to you, the split shapes how much profit a cap corresponds to internally rather than the number that reaches you. See The 90/10 Profit Split.

Step 5 — Request, Review, Payment

  1. Complete the cycle — five qualifying days, consistency satisfied.
  2. Request the payout from your dashboard.
  3. FPT reviews the request. Trading activity, conduct rules, account information and identity verification are all in scope.
  4. If the payout is approved, it is processed within 48 hours of approval.
  5. Your payout cap and max open size step up to the next milestone.

Review and processing are separate steps. The 48-hour figure applies to processing after approval. FPT does not publish a fixed duration for the review itself. See Why a Payout May Require Review and Payout Rules and Review.

Identity verification must be complete before a payout is released — see Verification Before Funded Activation or Payout. If a payout is denied, there is an appeal route: Payout Denial and Appeal.

The Per-Person Monthly Maximum

Across all of your accounts, FPT pays a maximum of $25,000 per person per month. This sits above the per-account caps, so running several accounts does not lift it.

Whether that "month" is a calendar month or a rolling 30-day period is not finalised. The exact measurement period will be published in Aggregate Monthly Payout Maximum before launch.

Getting Paid

Payout methods will be published before launch. FPT has not selected a payout provider yet, so no article names one. See Payout Methods.

Taxes are your responsibility. FPT does not give tax advice. See Taxes and Customer Responsibility.

What Does Not Get Paid

  • Profit on an evaluation account. Payouts exist only in the funded stage.
  • A cycle that has not reached five qualifying days.
  • A cycle that fails the 40% consistency rule.
  • Profit produced in breach of the good-faith conduct rules. See Good-Faith Trading and Prohibited Conduct.
